The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has released a notification for the recruitment of 150 Assistant Managers in Grade ‘A’ (RDBS) in multiple disciplines. The online application process started on September 2, 2023 and will close on September 23, 2023.
Eligibility criteria for the NABARD Grade A 2023 recruitment:
- Indian citizenship
- Age between 21 and 30 years as on September 1, 2023
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
- 50% marks in graduation for general category candidates and 45% marks for reserved category candidates
- Relaxation in age and educational qualification is available for certain categories of candidates

The selection process for the NABARD Grade A 2023 recruitment will consist of three stages:
- Preliminary Examination
- Main Examination
- Interview
The Preliminary Examination will be a computer-based test (CBT) with 100 questions of 100 marks. The Main Examination will be a written examination with two papers:
- Paper I: General Ability and Rural Development (100 questions of 100 marks)
- Paper II: Banking and Financial Mathematics (100 questions of 100 marks)
The Interview will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.

The application fee for the NABARD Grade A 2023 recruitment is Rs. 850 for general category candidates and Rs. 175 for reserved category candidates.
